Hello everyone!

and how you can win a spot! :)

First let me tell you a bit more about Ever After in case you haven't heard about it yet!
“Ever After” is a mixed media art/style development course with a fairytale theme hosted by
Tamara Laporte from Willowing Arts. Tam is joined by 15 popular mixed media art teachers who
will all share beautiful fairy-tale/ myth inspired lessons with you AND they will also divulge all
their hints and tips on how they developed their own style and how YOU TOO can find your own
unique voice as an artist! :) Yay!

You can find out all the details (and sign up with the Early Bird price) by clicking HERE

My chosen fairy tale is 'The fox and the hound'. My lesson will be inspired by this
fairytale, I have some fabulous ideas cooking! I've not fully developed my class idea yet, but I'm
excited to be sharing my techniques and style with you, much like you can see in these paintings:

Registration opens on May 17th 2017 and the class begins on July 1st 2017.
So if you want to start your summer drawing and painting fairy-tales, exploring your own personal story and style and hang out with a wonderful creative community of like-minded souls, be sure to join once registration opens! :)

Keep this page bookmarked so that you can
sign up the moment it goes on sale! :)

Now then, onto the give-away and blog hop! :) I can give away 1 space on Ever After to 1 lucky

I appreciate the opportunity to win a spot! I could not join last year but saw all the beautiful art from the lessons. I just love the fairytale theme and the one you are planning to create! In addition to this exciting course, getting the advise and knowledge to find my own style is desperately needed :)I've done artwork off and on my whole life so far, but still having a hard time finding my nitch. I'm fairly new to mixes media and fell in love with it. There's so much freedom.

  51. Hi Micki,
one of the reasons I would love to be in this class is because of your part in it! Your work just gets to me. And your animals are just friggin awesome. Such special creatures with sparkling souls. I want to learn how to get in my own 'artsy' funk and find my way. When I wanted to go to art school as a kid, my parents told me I was crazy... Still regret not going there and listening to the voice I wasn't the art person I wanted to be. Time for some huge changes now. Wishing this class will be a part of that. Already following you (and friends on FB). Sending you lots of love and hoping your artmuse will be at your side as radiant as she is, forever. XX Susanne Timmerman suusilly@yahoo.com

  110. I love fairy tales and it would be great to learn more painting techniques from artists like yourself. I wanted to join last year, but I didn't have the money and sadly this year will probably be the same, so winning a spot might be my only chance at joining in.
